Syntea Business Solutions won tender for design, perform and implement integrated IT system and digitization of the Institute resources. Fifty concurrent employees and unlimited number of external users will have a secured access to the system

When preparing to invite bids, in ITB there were set goal to achieve, which embrace e.g.:

• building of the one database for the whole organization where are stored all information accessible for authorized users,
• facilitation of the communication with clients and capacitance of the rapid, easy and secure access to the ITB resources,
• building of the platform to support of the planned process of implementation of the quality management system compliant with ISO 9001 requirements,
• improvement of work through the optimization of the processes and implementation of workflows.

Building Research Institute was created in 1945. The basic aim of research and development works carried out in ITB is to ensure the quality of Polish building industry and to protect the interests of users of the construction works. Building Research Institute is the Notified Body to the European Commission and to the other Member States of European Union under the number 1488, designated for the tasks concerning with the assessment of building products conformity, according to the requirements of Directive 89/106/EEC.
