The solution gives access to electronic space, where Supplier can handle Purchaser’s needs. MeetPoint allows in the most optimal way to manage requests of all kind that Client initiates. In particular the solution enables control and handling orders or notifications (e.g. service notifications) and also exchange of documentation of all kind.

The solution is integrated with Microsoft Dynamics Ax system and thanks to Enterprise Portal technology it is available for users through web browser.

MeetPoint allows Clients to place orders, notifications, inquiries and thereafter on this basis enables Supplier to handle them easily. Every taken action is registered in the system. Thanks to that the Client has an insight information concerning progress of an actual matter.
