By using data pertaining to realization of core business processes, communication and workflow management and project flow management, one4all HE provides for effective preparation of reports and analyses. Reports may be drawn up to meet internal and external needs of a higher education institution.

Due to extensive environment, employees of a higher education institution are obliged to prepare a whole host of reports and statements for organizations with which they collaborate (e.g. reports for the Ministry of Science and Higher Education, Central Statistical Office (GUS), Military Draft Office (WKU) etc.). They are adjusted to formats required by collaborating organizations and exchanged in this manner (e.g. exchanging information about PESEL numbers and results of secondary final school exams with the National Register of Final School Exam Results).

The analyses may also be drawn up due to internal requirements, consisting e.g. in the need to prepare quantitative report reflecting higher education institution operations, due to willingness to discover and determine factors affecting delivery of launched undertakings, designing corrective measures, and especially in order to prepare relevant and updated information serving as grounds for decision-making. It is this data incorporated in all functional areas with which one4all is able to establish whether operations conducted to date are fulfilled in accordance with objectives, and determine and justify the most advantageous methods of operation in the future. Reports are published in the system, on the web portal and they also may be transmitted by electronic mail directly to indicated employees. All reports are created in a quick and easy manner and the method of their presentation depends on recipient's requirements: they may be presented as tables or graphically. Due to full integration with the office suite, no additional trainings in operation of analytical tools are required and they enable further work on reports and analyses using programmes familiar and used to date.
