Golden Certificate Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan – one of the largest academic centres in Poland, with 50,000 students, 5,000 employees including 3,000 academic teachers and over 1300 doctoral students. Handling such large organization required introduction of a special IT system for effective management and operation of the university. Implementation of Microsoft Dynamics AX enabled university authorities to more efficiently control the costs and meet the budget, it facilitated flow of information between departments and faculties and enabled more effective staff management. The system offers considerable flexibility, which is important especially in the context of continuous university development and competition on the European market. In the coming years, the university is planning to switch into the latest version of the system and fully integrate with the external University Study-Oriented System (USOS). Koźminski University – top scorer in academic rankings for many years, holder of prestigious international accreditations. The university has made continuous investment in its development and informatization. It was one of the first Polish universities to decide about implementation of a modern, fully integrated university support system. Implementation was completed and the system was accepted in May 2008 and since that time, over 75% of tasks is fulfilled with the use of applications implemented during launching of the IITS. The university continues to develop and enhance the system. Silver Certificate Poznań University of Life Sciences – one of the most prominent universities offering agricultural and forest science courses in Wielkopolska, Pomerania and Lubusz Land, with traditions dating back to 1870. The university has been implementing the Integrated IT System, and completion of works and full launching is planned for the first half of 2012. The pending system is based on one database server, one consistent database, shared personnel files and shared dictionaries. The system is composed of interconnected modules. Bronze Certificate Collegium Balticum in Szczecin – higher education institution offering bachelor, master's and post-graduate programmes. It has earned high scores in the ranking by Rzeczpospolita and Prespektywy newspapers and a number of awards, such as e.g. Reliable School or School for Leaders titles. In the first edition of Innovative University competition, Collegium Balticum was awarded Bronze Certificate which is granted to universities which decided to introduce ERP system and which have included their informatization plans in their technological development strategies. Stargardinum School of Higher Education in Stargard Szczeciński – an important and locally appreciated academic centre. The school collaborates with city authorities and is involved in the social and economic development of the city and the region. Stargardinum wishes to offer standards equal to those offered by the most prominent schools of higher education in Europe. School authorities have made their effort to continually develop their institution, which is reflected in implementation plans for the Integrated IT System. |
