Syntea Business Solutions in the lead of a consortium won a tender for the contract for “Purchase and implementation of the university management system”. The contract is signed for the implementation of the innovative one4all for education solution that will be started up at the university by the end of 2009.

The implementation of the platform is realized within the project co-financed with the European Union funds. The implementation will embrace the following modules of the one4all for the education solution:

• finances and book-keeping,
• payroll management,
• assets management,
• fixed assets management,
• budgeting and economic analyses.

The contract embraces also the integration of the solution with the applications currently used by the university and trainings for the users and IT administrators.

The innovative one4all for education platform is an answer for the needs of universities in the range of computerization and the effective university management. Beside the comprehensive management of the business processes at the university, the solution also integrates the areas of the workflow and communication management, project management and provides tools for making analyses and reporting.

The first implementation of the solution took place at Agricultural University in Lublin, where it is functioning since August 2006. An one4all platform is an innovative on a world scale IT solution confirmed in the opinion issued by the Informative Systems Institute of Lublin University of Technology. With regard to its innovative character one4all can be used in any university projects co-financed with the UE funding.
