AX People is modern, Microsoft licensed system allowing complex maintain of company human resource department. AX People is fully integrated with leading Microsoft dynamics ax (Axapta ERP) system, but it can also run independently using only the core of Axapta ERP. AX People was fully designed and developed by DST. It was created so it could be fit to needs of any company, no matter how complicated pay rules there are or how many workers it will have to serve. The main idea of our application is, as well as in our BaaN HR sytem, its scalability, which means that its structure was designed to made AX People adaptable to any client's needs without need to modify system itself. What comes after, our system is fully configurable which allows our clients to change their software if necessity arises (such as change in pay rules or law). Set of system administration modules which are accessible only to system administrator allows him to configure and run system the way he wants it to work.
